About me

I’m a digital product designer with 15+ years of experience - with a strong focus on accessibility, interaction design, and design systems. I’ve led teams, shaped strategy, rolled up my sleeves when needed, and I genuinely care about making design work better for people (on both sides of the screen). I’m a true geek at heart and obsessed with anything and everything tech.

I’m always tuning into design, accessibility, and tech podcasts, it's how I stay sharp and stay curious.

Whether I’m brushing up on the latest trends or deep-diving into niche topics, this is my way of learning on the go.

And when I’m not listening, I’m co-hosting two podcasts of my own, because talking about design is just as fun as doing it.

Design Director

Led design efforts across 20+ projects across domains — from healthcare and finance to telecom — helping teams shape meaningful, effective experiences.
Managed and mentored a 35+ person design team across UX, UI, service, motion, and brand — focusing on growth, culture, and honest feedback.
Worked closely with 10+ Designit studios globally — we shared playbooks, supported each other’s work, and kept our ways of working aligned.
Helped turn around projects that were struggling — by rebuilding trust, resetting goals, and working closely with stakeholders.
Took early-stage design investments and helped convert them into long-term client partnerships through workshops and prototyping.
Rebuilt our hiring approach — new scorecards, smarter assignments, and a more thoughtful interview process.
Laid the groundwork for an Accessibility CoE and leveled up our DesignOps game.
Got involved in the community — ran a 100+ person meetup, hosted a global town hall, spoke at the UX India conference, and represented the studio at other industry events.
